A 3 Step Guide<\/strong> on how your Child can break away and advance in learning during the COVID-19 Pandemic.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

If you\u2019re like me and have children to see through their exams, this has your complete attention.<\/p>\r\n

We\u2019re worried, rightfully so. We don\u2019t have a clue on where to start, what subjects to look at or what work to do even if we did.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n

So what can we<\/em><\/strong> do?<\/p>\r\n

Step 1 \u2013Analysing your Child\u2019s Needs<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

It’s alright to admit that some children struggle with certain subjects. Maybe your child is more of a creative thinker who is challenged by subjects like Physics and Maths.<\/p>\r\n

Or maybe your child is a more analytical thinker, and they might have a hard time with story writing, music and art subjects.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n

So now you have a good idea of what subjects your child has excelled at and which ones they are challenged by. Maybe they\u2019re not a Maths whiz or fluent in French. Whatever they are, create a list of subjects and start there.<\/p>\r\n

Step 2 \u2013Picking a Tutor<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

Picking a Tutor who can resonate with your Child and motivate them to learn will make a huge difference.<\/p>\r\n

So how can we pick a tutor who is going to get the best results out of your child?<\/p>\r\n

What if your child is naturally intelligent but has a hard time focusing?<\/p>\r\n

Then a more upbeat, entertaining tutor will help them stay enthusiastic about their learning.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n

But what if your child has a more curious and visual mind?\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n

Step 3 \u2013 Paying for Tutoring<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

Paying for anything during this pandemic and economic storm is difficult so we\u2019ve put together a quick guide on how to find discounts to get the most out of your money.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n

So you have identified which subject your child needs help with and have even picked a tutor who you would use.<\/p>\r\n

What now?<\/p>\r\n

Tutoring is an expensive service so not everybody can afford it and those who can, might only be able to afford one tutor for one subject.<\/p>\r\n

But if we revisit Step 1 where we talked about what type of thinker your child might be. E.g. they\u2019re more creative, maybe they\u2019re more analytical.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n

So hopefully you\u2019ve have picked a tutor around that.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n

If you\u2019ve found a great Physics and Maths Tutor, but can only afford one subject and can\u2019t pay for 2 hours of tutoring\u2026 You can always ask for their 2 hour rate.<\/p>\r\n
