I am a Material Science and Engineering Student. I completed my A-Levels in Maths, Further Maths, Chemistry and Physics. Having completed my GCSEs and A-Levels recently, and through continuous tutoring I know how the past papers for the subjects are tailored and what needs to be done to gain marks in the exam.

I have been tutoring children for the past 5 years in a variety of year groups, from year 7 to year 11. I have ample experience teaching students online as for the past 3 years, all of my tutoring work has been online due to COVID. I use online textbooks and resources to make the lesson interactive.

I work on core content that the student is struggling with, or needs help with. I then aim to consolidate the content by giving them questions to do. Then by going through the questions in the next lessons, we are able to smooth out any issues whilst also revising the content. I also ask questions spontaneously in the class to aid with the active recall method of memorisation.
