I look tailor my approach to the needs of the student, focussing on areas where their understanding can be improved and how to turn this into marks in the exam. I’m very down to Earth and comfortable answering any questions you may need for the exam.

I am relatively new to tutoring having helped a few friends relatives with their A levels in the past. I think what makes me a good tutor is I can explain technical aspects of a question coherently and help students understand the relevance to the real world.

Lessons planned in advance, I strongly advise people to let me know what areas they most want to improve so that we can focus on those. Lessons involve discussions of theories and then working through questions and formulating essay plans.

Good knowledge of expectations for each major exam boards and nuances of each of them.

All improved their grades by some degree, achieving at least their target and crucially feel more confident in applying the key theories.
