I am a positive enthusiastic person, with a passion for teaching and learning. I have been teaching for the last 5 years, I started out teaching sailing, which means my teaching style is relaxed and fun. I am driven to make sure my students achieve their full potential and I am here as their guide. My strongest subjects are Biology and Chemistry, but this doesn't mean I don't have a love for Maths and Physics. Inviting anyone eager to learn and expand their learning opportunities!

I have been tutoring for a few years now and I have helped my students to improve their learning and results. I tutored with a charity called EYST last year which was unfortunately cut short due to COVID!

I always make sure I have a plan for my sessions. The lesson often starts with getting to know the student and understanding what they hope to achieve from the session and the gaps in their knowledge. I like my sessions to be student let a lot of the time as I often find they learn better this way and they get to improve on topics they struggle with. Then we usually move on to some questions, the first few together and then some more questions individually. If I set homework it will either be a series of questions or going away and familiarisation of a topic
