I have taught for over twenty years in a variety of schools at many levels - including KS2, KS3, KS4 and KS5. I have taught students successfully at many examination levels - focusing not just on content and knowledge but on developing the key skills needed to approach questions, problem solve and be successful. My qualifications are in the field of Philosophy which as a wide and encompassing subject means I am able to tutor on a wide range of subjects. These include Philosophy at A Level and GCSE, RS at GCSE and A Level, Sociology at GCSE and Level and KS2 and KS3 English and Maths. I am a also very experienced in 11+ Tutoring. I am a fully qualified teacher with a PGCE qualification and am currently a Head of Department.

I have tutored KS1 - KS2 english and maths, plus 11+ entry examinations. I also tutor GCSE RS, Philosophy and Sociology. At A level I have tutored RS including all the world religions, plus I am a specialist in AQA Philosophy A level. I have tutored Sociology. All of these can be done online or in person.

All sessions are personalised to ensure tutees get the exact help they need - this is progressive so it can develop and enable success.

I am Team Leader for Edexcel GCSE RS and have been an examiner with AQA and OCR for RS, Sociology and Philosophy at GCSE and A Level. I have also marked Philosophy A Level for AQA.

My exam results as a tutor are excellent - my personalised approach ensures success!
