I am a fully engaging teacher with a passion to explain course material through interactive and active learning approaches. My main aim is to develop an understanding of the course materials through real-world issues and relating subjects to one another through the means of interdisciplinary learning.

I have been teaching for just under 1 year in various types of educational facilities. I have been tutoring online for almost 3 months now and have gained a broad range of students from P7 Maths to Higher Biology and Higher Chemistry.

Prior to a lesson, I make a note of the materials that are specifically laid out in the course support notes provided by the SQA and the Scottish Government. I then try to make these approaches online friendly and develop a range of strategies to ensure that the student is going to learning through these methods that I am using.

I have experience with Biology exams mainly. I have taken part in marking End of Unit tests for Biology and BGE science and marking the N5 and Higher assignments.
