I have a voracious appetite for learning which is why I enjoy online tutoring so much. I love that tutoring is mutually beneficial; my students understand and consolidate their knowledge and I get the satisfaction of knowing that I played a part in their happiness and success. I have a perfect record of grades and attitude to learning - I put in the time and effort with my students because I see that I can make a difference and there is really nothing better. I look forward to hearing from you.

I have been tutoring for almost eight months now with a variety of different students from the ages of 8 to 36. Each individual student of mine has their own way of learning and their own challenges that they face with learning. One of my students has ADHD and so we work around his shorter attention span by relating the relevance of our content to every day life. He finds putting mathematical topics like differentiation into the relevant context of mechanics much more engaging and useful. Another of my students is dyslexic and so she learns much more effectively with imagery and repetition. Indeed, I believe we have had many three hour long sessions working through past papers to see patterns in the content so that the wording of the questions are easier to work through under exam timings. With one of my students being so young, it becomes challenging to keep moral high, especially after school when she's tired. To get around this, we switch the topic after every few questions so she never gets bored and she never knows what to expect next. She finds interactive games like buzz very engaging and useful. Whatever your individual struggles or wishes, I am sure that I can accommodate my teaching style to make our sessions as effective and enjoyable as possible. I am most confident with AQA, IGCSE and WJEC for the sciences and am equally apt with WJEC and AQA mathematics. Please contact me with any queries.
