I have been tutoring for over a decade. Maths and Science are important to learn, not just for school but for life. The entire world was built by people who understand the fields of Mathematics and Science. The world is facing challenges like climate change, over population and the next pandemic. The people who face these challenges will need to understand Science and Maths.

I have been tutoring for over a decade. I worked in primary schools, with university students as well as GCSE and A Level students. The first job I ever had was as a classroom assistant for KS2 Maths. My first job, after I graduated, involved teaching Maths to Financial advisors. I have given speeches to large audiences on Science.

The aim of every lesson is to get the student to say something, that betrays an understanding of the material. If a student can explain the material, in their own words, they have learned something. Lessons must be tailored to the student. The first lesson is always about finding out what the student already knows. Homework can be set, it depends on the student. Sometimes the best way to learn Maths is by practice.
