Reuben A

Hello I am Reuben! I am currently studying AS Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry with the hope to pursue a degree in Automotive Engineering by the end of Year 13. I aspire to study in Imperial College London. Maths and science-based subjects have always been my strong points as reflected in my choice of AS subjects. I achieved an A for Mathematics and three A*s for Biology, Chemistry and Physics in my GCSE's. I believe I can provide excellent help for students looking to do well in these subjects and highlight why they are so important for their future studies.

My secondary school provided an opportunity for us to gain some work experience with which I chose to help assist a Year 6 class with their Mathematics and English studies to prepare them for their SATs and 11+ exams. I also provide help regularly for my younger sister, who is in Year 7 now, with her Maths assignments and helped her prepare for her entrance exams the year before.

Lessons can be provided weekly; however, extra lessons can be discussed. My first lesson with any student will be used to get acquainted and to assess the student’s knowledge in order to determine where they are parallel to the syllabus. This will provide some guidance on what to cover and would help me prepare content for future lessons. Homework will also be given and discussed in the lesson in order to highlight any lack of knowledge in the topics.
