I've just finished my first year in biology at University of Birmingham, having studied biology, chemistry and maths at A Level. I've had previous experience tutoring both A level and GCSE content in science/maths, where I can explain difficult concepts in alternative ways, and help students to improve exam technique through plenty of practice!

After my A levels, I tutored two AS biology students and a GCSE maths student. I've also helped run after school support clubs in chemistry. I'd like to use my own experience to help others achieve the grades they want in exams.

I like to know what areas the student wants to focus on in particular and make use of questions and answers to see current understanding, and what can be improved. However, I also like to adapt the lessons to what suits the student best.

When doing GCSE/ A level I was constantly using exam board specifications and mark schemes to learn how to answer questions correctly. Most of my experience has been with AQA and Edexcel
